Our membership year is January through December.
We meet 4x/year:

- In March, in conjunction with the Association of Minnesota Counties (AMC) Legislative Conference.
- In June: Hosted by one of our members.
- In September: Hosted by one of our members.
- In December, in conjunction with the Association of Minnesota Counties (AMC) Annual Conference.
Annual membership is $200 for the calendar year for the first county representative. Additional reps from the same county pay $50 for membership. Each county will have one vote, regardless of the number of paid memberships per county.
Meeting registration fees are $25/meeting to cover meeting room rental, food and beverages. Members will be invoiced at the end of the year for meetings attended. If you pay the registration fees at the same time as submitting your membership dues, registration fees are discounted to $20/meeting. Prepaid registration fees are non-refundable.
